INTERVENTION: REPLANTING ANATOMO / UPPER LIMB FUNCTIONAL IN GENERAL ANESTHESIA.

TREATMENT: Anesthesia in generale , we proceed to identify the leaders of the distal radial and ulnar arteries. Pathology: LIPOMA PERMAGNO BACK LEFT

TREATMENT: LOCAL ANESTHESIA IN SURGICAL REMOVAL.

HISTORY: Female patient , 25 years , tatuatrice , bearer from about 5 years of permagno submuscular lipoma left bumper with large concave deformation of the skin surface.( img. 1 – 2).

TREATMENT: Surgical removal under local anesthesia.
