8 USEFUL EXERCISES FOR venous insufficiency
GYMNASTICS phlebologic
1 – Pedaling movements : is to move the legs in rotation ( how to ride) in 1/2 reps 15/20 cycling.
2 – Cross and overlap the legs with scissors movement. 1/2 repetitions for 15/20 movements.
3 – Move your legs and toes making small circular movements. 1/2 repetitions for 10 movements.
4 – Slightly move your toes keeping your legs raised and extended. 1/2 repetitions for 20 flexion / extension of the fingers.
5 – Walking on heels. carry out 1/2 reps 20 steps.
6 – Rise up on their toes. 1/2 reps 20 lifting.
7 – Rocking the toes to tallone.1 / 2 reps 15 .
8 – Tile and remove the toes. 1/2 reps 15.
