CLINICAL CASE: LIPOMA PERMAGNO BACK

Pathology: LIPOMA PERMAGNO BACK LEFT

TREATMENT: LOCAL ANESTHESIA IN SURGICAL REMOVAL.

HISTORY: Female patient , 25 years , tatuatrice , bearer from about 5 years of permagno submuscular lipoma left bumper with large concave deformation of the skin surface.( img. 1 – 2).

TREATMENT: Surgical removal under local anesthesia. Horizontal skin incision of approximately 4 cm , apart the muscle fibers of the trapezius proceed to isolmento of lipoma with numerous offshoots dendritic , ligation of the vascular pedicles , removal of the lipoma with its integrity intact , ( img. 3)haemostasis , antibiotic , reconstruction wall layers ( img. 4) , intradermal suture of the skin ( img. 5 – 6). Dressing. Histological examination: Lipoma ( 18 x 7 cm).

RESULTS : After 10 days of intradermal suture removal , wound in order.( img. 7 – 8)
